- นำกฎ หลัก และวิธีการที่รู้จักกันดีแล้วมาใช้ แก้ปัญหาทางอุตสาหกรรม เช่น การควบคุมคุณภาพ และการวิเคราะห์วัตถุดิบและผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูป

- อาจควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ทำงาน เกี่ยวกับการค้นคว้าในห้องปฏิบัติการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ หรือทำงานในกรรมวิธีทางอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวกับสารเคมี

- ปฏิบัติงานทางเคมีในห้องปฏิบัติการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของโรงงาน หรือหน่วยงานอุตสาหกรรมต่างๆ โดยเฉพาะอุตสาหกรรมเคมี เช่น ในด้านการควบคุมผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมให้ได้มาตรฐาน

- ปฏิบัติงานทางอุตสาหกรรมเคมี ในด้านการผลิตและวิเคราะห์วัตถุดิบ

คุณสมบัติ 

- สำเร็จการศึกษาขั้นต่ำระดับปริญญาตรี คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ สาขาวิชาเคมี หรือสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- ต้องมีความสนใจในวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ เคมี ชีววิทยา และสามารถสอบได้คะแนนดีในวิชาเหล่านี้ ชอบการค้นคว้าทดลอง การใช้สติปัญญาในการวิเคราะห์

- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ชอบค้นคว้า

- มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

- มีความแม่นยำ ใจเย็นและละเอียดรอบคอบ

- มีความสามารถเป็นพิเศษในการสังเกต คิดอะไรมีระบบระเบียบ และสามารถแสดงผลการ ค้นคว้าออกมาได้ง่าย และชัดเจนทั้งการพูดและการเขียน

- มีความเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง กล้าตัดสินใจ และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ได้รวดเร็ว
